Bhajans presented in this album are predominantly Nirguni (the two Meera Bhajans are the only exceptions) and rendered in a style largely reminiscent of the late Kumar Gandharva, whose disciple their composer, the late Kashinath Bodus, was. While Avadhoota Gagana Ghata Gahrani is Pt. Kumar Gandharva's own composition, Koi Kachhu Kahe Man Laga is composed by the artiste herself. She dedicates this album to the loving memory of her departed Guru, the late Kashinath Bodus.
